Shipments and returns
The products purchased and always insured will be delivered R.S. Arreduffici by courier or transporter, to the address indicated by the customer as the shipping address. For our shipments we rely on the service of express couriers qualified and specialized in the delivery of furniture, furnishings and accessories to ensure the integrity of the products and the quality of service. By purchasing the product, the customer accepts the following conditions and decides on the shipping method and depending on the destination and volume, the costs vary.
The delivery of the products, unless otherwise specified, is always intended at street level and normally takes place within 4/5 (working) days for Italy and 7/8 (working) days for European destinations. At the time of delivery, R.S. Arreduffici recommends the customer to proceed to check the status of the delivered products before signing the acknowledgement of receipt of the package.
Once the signature of acceptance has been affixed, it will no longer be possible to contest any damage or aesthetic inconsistencies on the products. The delivery note issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer on delivery, shall constitute proof of transport and release of the goods. Delivery is deemed to have been made when the product is handed over to the customer. In the event of an error occurring in the delivery of the product, the customer undertakes to return the said product to R.S. Arreduffici within 7 days of receipt, provided that it is returned in its original packaging condition, with the packaging closed and the accompanying documents. If the customer notices any anomalies in the product, he must refuse the delivery of the product or accept it by putting his reservations in writing in a detailed and dated manner in the acknowledgement of receipt.
